If the license plate number changes, it is no longer possible to continue purchasing fuel with the same device.

Please dismantle the device that won’t be used and send it to our Headquarters. For your new vehicle, please fill in the Fleet Information Form and e-mail it to afy@poas.com.tr from your e-mail address with your company name.

You can install the vehicle identification unit and ring device at our assembly service points. Our installation service points are available in the ‘Installation and Service Centers’ section.

There is no limit on the number of vehicles that can be included in the AutoMatic System.

No fee is paid when signing up for the AutoMatic System and installing the equipment on the vehicle.

No, it does not. In the event of a written notification by the customer, rental or other types of vehicles can be included in the system.

It is not possible to dismantle the equipment on a car and install it on another one. The equipment installed in the fuel tank is manufactured so that it cannot be used again if it has been dismantled. The device destroys itself during dismantling.

When you e-mail your request to the e-mail address below from your corporate e-mail address and provide information about the person you need a ‘username’ and ‘password’ for, your request will be resolved by e-mail as soon as possible.

No, subscription to the AutoMatic fleet management system and the installation of the equipment is free of charge.

You can choose among various AutoMatic fleet cards for specific options to meet your fleet's demand. While the AutoMatic Filo Logistics Card replaces cash, the AutoMatic Filo Border Pass Card allows logistics companies engaged in international transportation to purchase fuel without SCT and VAT and without using cash or credit cards.
