The campaign was launched in cooperation with Petrol Ofisi's loyalty program, Positive Card, and Turkish Airlines' passenger program, Miles&Smiles. Those who wish to benefit from the campaign must be a member of both applications. In order to participate in the campaign, you need to match your Positive Card number to be used for fuel purchase or your license plate number registered in Petrol Ofisi Positive system to your Miles&Smiles membership number on the campaign participation page on the Petrol Ofisi website, accept the campaign conditions, and read the information texts prepared pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data. If you wish to enroll in the campaign via SMS, please type THY space TK number space Positive Card number and send a text message to 7627. (Example: THY TK123456789 7000190370001903). Following the enrollment procedures, Positive Card members will earn extra points for their fuel (fuel oil or Autogas) purchases at contracted Petrol Ofisi stations depending on their Miles&Smiles membership status - Classic members will earn 2x, Classic Plus members will earn 3x, Elite members will earn 4x and Elite Plus members will earn 5x Positive Points. The points earned will be instantly loaded to your Positive Card or on your membership information registered in the Positive Card system once the fuel purchase has been completed. When the Positive Points earned reach 500, you will be able to use them to receive gift fuel at the stations. Your Positive Card must be activated for you to use your Positive Points loaded to your Positive Card at Petrol Ofisi stations that are Positive Card members and included in the campaign. In order to activate the card, you must type "AKTIF" space the 16-digit card number on the Positive Card space your FIRST NAME space and LAST NAME and send a text message to 7627 and then read the information texts prepared pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data sent to you. In addition, if you have existing Miles in Miles&Smiles Passenger Program, you can convert your Miles into Positive Points on Petrol Ofisi's website at any time and use them to purchase fuel. To do this, you need to match your memberships and state that you wish to use the fuel gift on your Positive Card or Positive Card membership at Petrol Ofisi stations included in the campaign. 1,000 Miles is worth 20,000 Positive Points (TRY 200 of fuel). A Miles&Smiles member can convert a minimum of 1,000 and a maximum of 30,000 Miles into Positive Points at a time. For the first Miles conversion, you must have at least 1,500 Miles in your Miles&Smiles account. A maximum of 30,000 Miles in a month and 360,000 Miles in a year can be converted into Positive Points and used as gift fuel. Miles converted into Positive Points will not be credited back to the Miles&Smiles membership account, even if they have not been used. For Miles conversion, members with Classic Plus, Elite, Elite Plus status can start spending their Miles by logging in from Shop&Miles/Program Partner Platforms without a separate verification step. Members in the Classic status who are citizens of the Republic of Turkey are required to match their identity information and Turkish ID numbers they have declared during their Miles&Smiles membership with the MERNIS information. You can change your Miles&Smiles membership matched with your Positive Card at most once (1) within one (1) year. A Positive Card can only be matched with one Miles&Smiles membership at a time. You must use your Positive Card paired with your Miles&Smiles membership or your license plate/membership information registered in Petrol Ofisi Positive system for all transactions at Petrol Ofisi. Each enrollment via SMS will be charged by the operator as the fee for one (1) SMS. Petrol Ofisi or Turkish Airlines reserves the right to change the campaign conditions or suspend the campaign. Petrol Ofisi Automatic system customers, Positive Trade Card holders, those who have enrolled in a different campaign in the Positive Card system and people under the age of 18 are not eligible to participate in the campaign. The campaign cannot be combined with other campaigns and discounts.
