Beyond just being a fuel distribution company, we at Petrol Ofisi are an energy infrastructure group. All kinds of investments that touch infrastructure and people in the energy sector are, in our eyes, opportunities that should be evaluated. While we continue investing in current product technologies, we also fund the energies of the future. These investments are developed along three main axes.
Within the framework of environmental sustainability, we have committed to reducing Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 42 percent by 2030 and eliminating them completely by 2050. We support sustainable aviation in line with the "Net Zero Carbon Emission by 2050" decision of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), of which we are also a member. Since March 2022, we have reduced greenhouse gas emissions of Turkey's leading airlines by up to 80 percent thanks to Neste MY Sustainable Aviation FuelTM (SAF), a sustainable aviation fuel we supply. We aim to increase our supply volume in this area by three times in 2023 and 10 times by 2024. We have provided the first new generation marine fuel, Very Low Sulfur Oil (VLSFO), within the scope of IMO 2020 criteria, thanks to our leading PO Marine brand. We use 25 percent plastic recycling material in Maxima packaging, which has been renewed with Adaptech technology. Our V/Max fuels with Active-3 technology provide ecological and economic benefits thanks to their exclusive formulation. We support and popularize LPG, considered a clean energy source worldwide, with the help of PO Gas and our Fuel Safety System (YES), offering a 100 percent guarantee on fuel quality and full filling. Within our cooperation with Borusan EnBW Enerji, high-speed electric charging stations installed by Borusan EnBW will serve our users at approximately 2 thousand stations. Thanks to this project, each station charging point will also prevent about 4,500 tons of carbon emissions. With our s-POwer initiative, we aim to reduce our carbon footprint by installing solar panels on our lubricant factory's roof and at all stations under our ownership.
Societies in which women's participation in the political, economic, and social areas is restricted cannot progress. That is why we shape our inclusion efforts from this aspect. We are aware that women play a significant role in their economic participation. We are one of the founding supporters of the Million Women Mentor Program, implemented in cooperation with the Beba Innovation & Entrepreneurship Foundation, TurkishWIN (Turkish Women's International Network), and the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB). This program aims to reach 1 million young women between the ages of 15 and 25 and to motivate them to receive an education in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and other fields. In addition to their education rights, we also support women's empowerment in sports. We proudly sponsor the Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe women's football teams in this context. We have also published our "Gender Equality Manifesto," which indicates the fair and transparent environment we offer to our female employees. Thanks to our egalitarian environment and the steps we have taken to increase women's employment, we have become the first company in our sector to receive the Equal Women at Work Certificate.
Within the scope of accessibility, we sponsor the Turkish Amputee National Team, which has won the World Championship title for the first time in its history in 2022. We are expanding our support to disabled athletes thanks to the sponsorship agreement signed with the Turkish Physically Disabled Sports Federation (TBESF). In this regard, we have undertaken the sponsorship of the Turkish Amputee Football National Team as well as athletes of 20 branches affiliated with TBESF. We have also become the main sponsor of the "Barrier-Free Award Ceremony," held for disabled athletes for the first time in Turkey by the Ministry of Youth and Sports and TSYD. Moreover, we aim to expand our website's accessibility in order to help visually impaired people thanks to BlindLook's Audio Simulation technology. Again, to convert our stations into more accessible spaces, we have cooperated with experts in order to redefine our physical standards and make investments in popularizing these practices.
