"YES" is the abbreviation of "Fuel Safety System," the first and only system in Turkey created for Petrol Ofisi LPG product quality and missing product customer satisfaction. With this system, your Product Quality or Underfill declarations are inspected by ITU-approved INTERTEK and TÜV AUSTRIA TÜRK institutions and reported back to you. We, as Petrol Ofisi, do not and cannot interfere with the results. If we have a mistake, all your expenses are covered by Petrol Ofisi Group.

All our LPG analyses and pump calibration inspections are conducted by ITU-approved independent accredited institutions INTERTEK and TÜV AUSTRIA TÜRK. The customers can see that the relevant independent organizations are involved in evaluating and concluding their declarations.

Independent Accredited Institutions will provide instant and transparent communication with you during the auditing process. They will provide photographs of all the steps, including when the station was visited, whether the sample was taken, whether the piece went to the laboratory, and so on.

Independent Accredited Institutions are independent international organizations authorized to conduct inspections and certify organizations worldwide, as well as in Turkey. They exist solely because they are experts in their business and are not influenced by anything during their reporting.

You do not need to make any payments, and your satisfaction is enough for us.

The Fuel Safety System cannot be applied in certain situations, such as the end of the vehicle's relevant parts' life, failure caused by incorrect/incomplete LPG kit assembly, absence of periodic maintenance of the car, and LPG Kits not installed from the engine types listed by LPG Kit manufacturers. For your declaration to be included in the Fuel Safety System, it is necessary to apply to Petrol Ofisi communication channels first. The technical controls and comments made by third-party services without the knowledge of Petrol Ofisi will not be evaluated.

INTERTEK and TÜV AUSTRIA TÜRK will share the audit results within 72 hours after the TSE-Certified Transformer report reaches us.

It is sufficient to have bought at least 200 liters of POGaz in the last six months and at least 10 liters of POGaz in the previous week.

Petrol Ofisi Group stations are monitored 24/7 with automation. We can easily see the past purchases of your vehicle from your license plate.

The Smart Pressure Technology is a system that allows filling your LPG vehicle in a certain pressure range under all conditions by using special equipment located in the LPG pumps at our stations.

The ideal pressure value for filling is 9-13 bar. To determine the filling pressure, it is necessary to look at the pressure that occurs during the filling. A low-pressure value may be detected on the manometers. Looking at the pressure gauges while the filling is recommended to see the correct pressure.

There could be two reasons for this. Firstly, the pressure value is read before the vehicle starts to fill. In this case, the pressure when filling the car should be checked. Secondly, the manometer on the dispenser may be defective. In such situations, the correct pressure can be read from the manometers located in the tank.

The LPG tank pressure is low in the winter and high in the summer. The filling of the vehicles depends on the tank pressure and is performed at variable pressures. The Smart Pressure Technology ensures that the pressure value during the filling is always at the same level and is not dependent on the tank pressure. Thus, you can get gas in the ideal filling pressure range under all conditions and experience the same quality every time. This way, you will not embark upon different situations, such as overfilling or underfilling due to low or high pressure. Remember that you pay as much as you take when filling at low and high pressures.

If the filling pressure exceeds the upper limit value, this turns into a liability for the vehicle. If the filling is made with high pressure, the floating system of the LPG tank may be forced and, therefore, may malfunction. If the pressure is too high, the safety valve of the tank may open, and there may be a risk of gas release into the environment.

If your vehicle's LPG tank is filled with low pressure, less gas is supplied in volume. Since less gas is stored, fewer kilometers are traveled with that tank. This does not mean underfilling; you pay a smaller amount for the less amount of gas you have purchased and travel fewer kilometers. The Smart Pressure Technology, on the other hand, prevents under-filling or over-filling due to pressure regulations and ensures that your tank is filled exactly as it should be.

Although Smart Pressure Technology is not yet available at every station, it is rapidly spreading and aims to be installed at all our stations with PO/Gas sales in a short time. The stations with this technology can be detected by the "Smart Pressure Technology Here" sign on the LPG filling area of the station.

Any organization that has two or more LPG vehicles in its fleet and can issue invoices can be included in the LPG Pass system.

You will be able to observe the purchases of all your vehicles belonging to your company and report the fuel purchases at any time. You will also have additional discounts for fuel purchases of LPG vehicles in your fleet.

As the market leader in vehicle identification and sales channels in Turkey, our officials will immediately evaluate your requests and include you in the AutoMatic system full of benefits.

This alternative, provided per the LPG law numbered 5015, is not available in LPG and is not foreseen to be available for LPG any time soon. The dealers issue autogas invoices and make the collection.

No, an instant discount will not be applied at the pump. The transaction is carried out with the invoice received at the end of the period from the customers who have signed the agreement. Say that a 3% discount is agreed upon. The customer buys a total of 100,000 TL of LPG during the period. It will provide a benefit of 100,000 TL x 3% = 3,000 TL. Our agents or sales team will share the details with our customers.

No, you cannot earn points or budget for the Social League platform from LPG Pass purchases.

Industrial Oils are classified by ISO VG (International Organization for Standardization) based on their 40 ºC viscosity value. For example, a hydraulic oil numbered 46 will be organized with a tolerance value of +/- 10%.

After registering your license plate to the Petrol Ofisi mobile application, you need to verify your license plate once on the loyalty POS devices in the markets at our stations. If you have done this but still have not earned points, you may not have made your purchase at the Positive Card member station. If this is not one of the reasons, you can contact our Call Center and make the necessary inquiry about your transaction.

You can register both of your license plates simultaneously on the Petrol Ofisi mobile application. You can follow all your transactions with these cards and your total point balance under the My Account tab in our application. After registering your plates, do not forget to perform the verification process through the POS devices in our markets to earn automatic points.

You can update your vehicle information and license plate on our Petrol Ofisi mobile application profile.

A Positive Card is a loyalty card that earns points for fuel and PO/gas purchases from Petrol Ofisi stations. This card can be purchased with the points earned as a gift fuel and POGaz and is matched to the credit cards of Turkey's leading contracted banks and enables easy payment without getting out of the vehicle through the Pay & Go system.

The Positive Card program is valid at approximately 1700 stations with the Positive Card logo.

You can use the Positive Points you earn as 1TL and multiples when buying fuel or autogas in the POS terminals in our shops.

Positive Points earned in campaigns may have different expiration dates. Positive Points earned within a year can be used until March 31 of the following year, and points that have not been used on that date are deleted.

Pay & Go is our service allowing our customers to buy fuel without getting out of the vehicle by matching their Positive Card to the credit card of open to internet transactions. Approximately 1200 Pay & Go stations allow you to get fuel safely without getting out of your vehicle. Your credit card information is stored encrypted in a completely secure environment in a way that Petrol Ofisi cannot reach.

Mobile Pay & Go is a convenience that allows you to buy fuel or gas without getting out of the vehicle at Mobile Pay & Go-eligible Petrol Ofisi stations.

Registering your credit cards for use in Pay & Go or Mobile Pay & Go transactions is safe. To register your credit card through our mobile application, you can do it with the 3D Secure transaction that will be directed to the interface provided by Payten. Then your card information is encrypted and saved by Global PCI DSS standards. Petrol Ofisi employees or dealers cannot access your card information in any way. Mobile Pay & Go transactions are carried out with your 100% 3D Secure password, and you cannot make mobile payments without entering this password sent to your phone by your bank.

After registering your license plate and credit card open to internet transactions on the Petrol Ofisi mobile application, it is enough to tell our sales assistants that you want to make mobile payments by coming to approximately 1200 Pay & Go-member Petrol Ofisi stations throughout Turkey. A confirmation alert will come from the mobile app for the mobile payment transaction. If your license plate is entered at the pump, but no warning is coming, you can check out or approve the transaction by pressing the pending transactions button in the Mobile Pay & Go tab in our mobile application. After confirmation, enter the 3D secure password that your credit card bank will forward to the secure payment page. After that, the fuel-filling process will start if there is enough limit on your credit card. When completed, the amount will be automatically reflected on your card.

You can delete or update your credit card information at any time under the Pay & Go tab in the Petrol Ofisi mobile application.

It is enough to conduct the pairing process once through the Petrol Ofisi Pay & Go tab or Online Transactions mobile application. Click here to make the pairing. Positive Card will transact with the last paired credit card.

Our customers' Positive Card is read to the reader at the pump by the Fuel Sales Officer, and the payment is made instantly from the contracted bank credit card previously paired with the Positive Card.

Information about the expenditure at each fuel purchase will automatically be notified to the customer via SMS. In addition, the transaction details can be followed from the monthly statement of the paired credit card.

The reference code is a particular code entry area that Petrol Ofisi conveys to its customers in its collaborations with Turkey's valuable brands, offering them special advantages and campaigns. After logging in to this area, you can view the campaigns you will be included on our main page.

As soon as you receive your Positive Card, you must activate your card by sending an SMS to 7627 so that you can start earning points. Type ACTIVE, leave a space, and then send the 16-digit Positive Card number, your first and last name, as an SMS to 7627, each with a space between them. For example, the SMS text of a customer named Mehmet Yılmaz, whose card number is 7000-1900-7000-1900 will be as follows: "Active 7000190070001900 Mehmet Yılmaz". You will not earn points if you do not activate your card by sending your information to 7627 as an SMS.

Automatic customers are excluded from the program.

No fee is paid when signing up for the AutoMatic System and installing the equipment on the vehicle.

No, it does not. In the event of a written notification by the customer, rental or other types of vehicles can be included in the system.

It is not possible to dismantle the equipment on a car and install it on another one. The equipment installed in the fuel tank is manufactured so that it cannot be used again if it has been dismantled. The device destroys itself during dismantling.

Diesel fuel sold to the Turkish market has a maximum temperature of -15°C in winter. The value indicating the freezing tendency (CFPP) of diesel oil sold in winter is below -15°C.

After registering your license plate to the Petrol Ofisi mobile application, you need to verify your license plate once on the loyalty POS devices in the markets at our stations. If you have done this but still have not earned points, you may not have made your purchase at the Positive Card member station. You can register both of your license plates simultaneously on the Petrol Ofisi mobile application. A Positive Card is a loyalty card that earns points for fuel and PO/gas purchases from Petrol Ofisi stations. This card can be purchased with the points earned as a gift fuel and POGaz and is matched to the credit cards of Turkey's leading contracted banks and enables easy payment without getting out of the vehicle through the Pay & Go system.

The Positive Card program is valid at approximately 1700 stations with the Positive Card logo.

You can use the Positive Points you earn as 1TL and multiples when buying fuel or autogas in the POS terminals in our shops.

Positive Points earned in campaigns may have different expiration dates. Positive Points earned within a year can be used until March 31 of the following year, and points that have not been used on that date are deleted.

Pay & Go is our service allowing our customers to buy fuel without getting out of the vehicle by matching their Positive Card to the credit card of open to internet transactions. Approximately 1200 Pay & Go stations allow you to get fuel safely without getting out of your vehicle. Your credit card information is stored encrypted in a completely secure environment in a way that Petrol Ofisi cannot reach.

Mobile Pay & Go is a convenience that allows you to buy fuel or gas without getting out of the vehicle at Mobile Pay & Go-eligible Petrol Ofisi stations.

Registering your credit cards for use in Pay & Go or Mobile Pay & Go transactions is safe. To register your credit card through our mobile application, you can do it with the 3D Secure transaction that will be directed to the interface provided by Payten. Then your card information is encrypted and saved by Global PCI DSS standards. Petrol Ofisi employees or dealers cannot access your card information in any way. Mobile Pay & Go transactions are carried out with your 100% 3D Secure password, and you cannot make mobile payments without entering this password sent to your phone by your bank.

After registering your license plate and credit card open to internet transactions on the Petrol Ofisi mobile application, it is enough to tell our sales assistants that you want to make mobile payments by coming to approximately 1200 Pay & Go-member Petrol Ofisi stations throughout Turkey. A confirmation alert will come from the mobile app for the mobile payment transaction. If your license plate is entered at the pump, but no warning is coming, you can check out or approve the transaction by pressing the pending transactions button in the Mobile Pay & Go tab in our mobile application. After confirmation, enter the 3D secure password that your credit card bank will forward to the secure payment page. After that, the fuel-filling process will start if there is enough limit on your credit card. When completed, the amount will be automatically reflected on your card.

You can delete or update your credit card information at any time under the Pay & Go tab in the Petrol Ofisi mobile application.

It is enough to conduct the pairing process once through the Petrol Ofisi Pay & Go tab or Online Transactions mobile application. Click here to make the pairing. Positive Card will transact with the last paired credit card.

Our customers' Positive Card is read to the reader at the pump by the Fuel Sales Officer, and the payment is made instantly from the contracted bank credit card previously paired with the Positive Card.

Information about the expenditure at each fuel purchase will automatically be notified to the customer via SMS. In addition, the transaction details can be followed from the monthly statement of the paired credit card.

The reference code is a particular code entry area that Petrol Ofisi conveys to its customers in its collaborations with Turkey's valuable brands, offering them special advantages and campaigns. After logging in to this area, you can view the campaigns you will be included on our main page.

As soon as you receive your Positive Card, you must activate your card by sending an SMS to 7627 so that you can start earning points. Type ACTIVE, leave a space, and then send the 16-digit Positive Card number, your first and last name, as an SMS to 7627, each with a space between them. For example, the SMS text of a customer named Mehmet Yılmaz, whose card number is 7000-1900-7000-1900 will be as follows: "Active 7000190070001900 Mehmet Yılmaz". The Smart Pressure Technology is a system that allows filling your LPG vehicle in a certain pressure range under all conditions by using special equipment located in the LPG pumps at our stations.

The ideal pressure value for filling is 9-13 bar. To determine the filling pressure, it is necessary to look at the pressure that occurs during the filling. A low-pressure value may be detected on the manometers. Looking at the pressure gauges while the filling is recommended to see the correct pressure.

There could be two reasons for this. Firstly, the pressure value is read before the vehicle starts to fill. In this case, the pressure when filling the car should be checked. Secondly, the manometer on the dispenser may be defective. In such situations, the correct pressure can be read from the manometers located in the tank.

The LPG tank pressure is low in the winter and high in the summer. The filling of the vehicles depends on the tank pressure and is performed at variable pressures. The Smart Pressure Technology ensures that the pressure value during the filling is always at the same level and is not dependent on the tank pressure. Thus, you can get gas in the ideal filling pressure range under all conditions and experience the same quality every time. This way, you will not embark upon different situations, such as overfilling or underfilling due to low or high pressure. Remember that you pay as much as you take when filling at low and high pressures.

If the filling pressure exceeds the upper limit value, this turns into a liability for the vehicle. If the filling is made with high pressure, the floating system of the LPG tank may be forced and, therefore, may malfunction. If the pressure is too high, the safety valve of the tank may open, and there may be a risk of gas release into the environment.

If your vehicle's LPG tank is filled with low pressure, less gas is supplied in volume. Since less gas is stored, fewer kilometers are traveled with that tank. This does not mean underfilling; you pay a smaller amount for the less amount of gas you have purchased and travel fewer kilometers. The Smart Pressure Technology, on the other hand, prevents under-filling or over-filling due to pressure regulations and ensures that your tank is filled exactly as it should be.

Although Smart Pressure Technology is not yet available at every station, it is rapidly spreading and aims to be installed at all our stations with PO/Gas sales in a short time. The stations with this technology can be detected by the "Smart Pressure Technology Here" sign on the LPG filling area of the station.
