Petrol Ofisi Group, the traditional leader of the Turkish fuel and lubricants industries, has taken its commitment to improving the quality of life of its employees and supporting equal sharing of family responsibilities one step further. Petrol Ofisi Group increased the 5 business days of paternity leave stipulated for private sector employees under Labor Law No. 4857 to 15 working days (3 weeks) for its employees.
This step has been taken to address the needs of working fathers, improve their well-being and contribute to a fairer sharing of family responsibilities. This change within Petrol Ofisi Group aims at enabling fathers to lead a more balanced life both at work and at home.
