Petrol Ofisi Group, the traditional leader of the Turkish fuel and lubricants industry, won two gold, one silver, and one bronze awards in four different categories at the Stevie Awards, the Olympics of the international business world, for its pioneering HR projects and practices.
Petrol Ofisi Group won two Gold Awards in "Self-Service HR Solution - Application" and "HR Reporting Solution - Application" categories with its "HR Analytics and Dashboard" project, and received a Bronze Award in the "Best Use of Human Analytics" category.
Petrol Ofisi Group, a pioneer of transformation in the business world, laid the foundations of its HR Analytics vision in 2019 with the understanding that "we cannot manage the data that we cannot measure". This vision has been taken further with the "HR Analytics and Dashboard" project, with which the competencies of digitalization and decision-making with analytical data are developed, and aimed at analyzing all human resources data in detail and creating effective action plans. By switching from manual calculations to digital and automated reporting, various metrics such as turnover, annual leave use, and recruitment were reviewed and these data were visualized and made instantly accessible to managers. In line with its digitalization and innovation mission, the Group has reached the capacity to analyze nearly 80 metrics online, thus accelerating decision-making processes.
